Poster Presentation

Eligibility:

• Recommendation letter from certificate from HOD, Head of Institution.
• Any delegate who has registered for sushrut 2025.
• Postgraduate students in ENT (DLO, MS, DNB).
• Time Duration : 3/5minutes+2MIN Three minutes for the E-poster presentation and two minutes for question-and-answer session.
• Last Date for submission : 30th November 2025
• ABSTRACT GUIDLINES• Abstract should not be more than 200 words.
• Abstract should be under the following Heading- Title, Presenting Author, Aim, Methodology, Results & Conclusions.
• Abstracts are to be submitted to 47aoigsb@gmail.com
• Instructions: AOI GSB Life Membership is mandatory.
• Candidates should submit an A4 size Jpeg Image of the poster.
• A passport size photograph of the presenter should be included in the presentation.

Specifications for E-Poster Presentations

• Be sure to include the abstract title and author name. Name of institute and guide/mentor/ Senior consultant should not be there on the poster.
• The designated poster presenter (author ) must be present at the assigned pace during the designated time to discuss the work presented.
• E-Poster will be displayed on standard 42" LCD/LED. Or E posters will be displayed on 55-inch vertical display monitors.
• Keep Your PPT in following format
• i. Title ii. Introduction iii. Aims & Objectives iv. Methods v. Results vi. Strength and Limitations vii. Con- clusions. Keep your presentation resolution 16:9• Maximum number of slides in a
• presentation is 5 OR 1
• Keep your File Name – "yourname_eposter.ppt " Layout: Landscape (horizontal orientation), Format: 16:9, E-Poster File Format: PPT (.ppt/.pptx).
• E-Poster with a Maximum of 4 slides excluding title.
• Please prepare your Presentation in Microsoft office Power point Presentation format only (Not in PDF format).
• Videos can't be included in the PPT.
• Total size of presentation should not exceed 10 MB. Animation/Movies/Sounds will not be supported.

• Posters should stimulate discussion, not give a long presentation. Therefore, keep text to a minimum, emphasize graphics, and make sure every item included in your poster is necessary.
• Make sure ideas flow logically from one section to the next.
• Use charts and graphs to illustrate data (avoid large tables of raw data).
• Use high resolution photographs.
• Do not use all capital letters.
• The poster should be self-explanatory, text should be brief and well organized.
• The type face chosen should be a simple and clear one (e.g.Helvetica/ Calibri/ Tahoma)
• Illustrations/ images/ photographs used in the E-poster should be enlarged enough to show relevant details.* Time for presentation: 8 minutes (Consultants), 6 minutes (PG residents)
• Original research or a case series (more than 6 cases) to be presented

• AOI life Membership is mandatory.
• Bonafide Certificate from the HOD of the Dept. to be attached with the Abstract.
• Abstract• Abstract should not be more than 200 words.• Abstract should be formatted in MS Word: Times New Roman Font and Font size 12 Pt.• The abstract should be informative but concise and structured under following headers Title, Presenting Author, Background/objective Aim, Methodology, Results and Conclusions.
• Abstracts are to be submitted to 47aoigsb@gmail.com.
• The title must be short and concise. Informative titles indicating the key points of the study are encouraged. Authors: Please enter your and co-authors full name and official address.• The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. The presenting author must be listed as the first author.• Abstracts must include unpublished data with a text limit of 500 words .• Do not include references in the abstract Abbreviations should not be used in the title.

• Less than 10 years of clinical experience (excluding 3 years of PG residency)
• For Junior Consultants with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in ENT & Head, Neck Surgery.
• Age as on 01.10.2025 should be below 40 years. Proof of the age to be furnished along with the abstract.
• The candidates have to send the complete Original Article in the field of Otolarynogology & Head, Neck Surgery.
• The Article should not be published anywhere before the presentation.
• Open to AOI Members only. Time Duration : 8 minutes+ 2 mins for Q&A

• Instructions: Video can be on any subject related to ENT Disorders - Diagnosis, Management, Prevention, Surgery, Patient Education etc. Video should be in MPEG 3/MPEG 4/AVI Format. The Committee of three nominated members will judge the session.
• The committee's decision will be based on the content and technical expertise and will be final.
• Only first 20 videos recieved before the due date will be accepted for the contest. Abstracts are to be submitted to 47aoigsb@gmail.com

Guidelines for Paper Presentation

• No proxy presentation is allowed.
• Registration of participants is a must for participation.
• Anyone can participate in more than one category but only one Abstract in each category.
• Participation and Presentations are open to all registered conference attendees.
• Should the presentation contain extracts or other material from other copyright works, the presenter should obtain from the owners of the respective copyrights written permission to reproduce such extracts or other material in the presentation.
• In case a patient's clinical photographs are used, the presenter should have written permission from the patient to use those in the presentation. The responsibility for use of such material is solely the presenter's.
